Thanks to Amazon that we now have an option to order Gourmet spices. Earthen Eats Garam Masala has the same aroma and flavor as the one that we freshly grind at home. It is miles ahead of the typical commercial brand of spices- infact you cannot even compare them to each other. Commercial and regular spices, as we all know, lack that authentic aroma. This is where this brand is the clear winner. The aroma, the texture, the taste..everything is great. I am sure this is curated by a food connoisseur. Since I indulge in a fair amount of continental cooking; and this being the season of B'bcues, I've been regularly using Garlic Powder of various companies. This being my first time with Earthen Eats, I was pleasantly surprised by the well balanced aroma of this Garlic Powder. The dishes and the B'bcues have come out exceedingly tasty as the garlic flavour dispersed well, and was not over-powering. This is a major factor! The purity of the garlic powder is also an important factor as Garlic powder contains compounds that help strengthen the immune system, reducing the risk of colds and infections. Going more for it.
